To meet the needs of our clients, specialised subsidiaries were established.

Based in Johannesburg, the specialised subsidiaries are:

• FTR Tax & Corporate Administration

  Key Focus: Corporate tax administration; tax and corporate law

• FTR Accounting Services

  Key Focus: Accounting; accounting officer and independent review; compilation of annual financial statements; small to medium company VAT and tax administration; registration of new companies; annual CIPC returns; company secretarial services

• FTR Taxation Services

  Key Focus: Individual tax administration and consulting; filing of personal income tax returns

• FTR Payroll Services

  Key Focus: Payroll administration (incl. provision of pay slips); monthly employees tax, UIF and SDL administration; employees tax bi-annual and year end reconciliations and issuing of employees' tax certificates (IRP5/IT3)
